We bought this bike for transportation to the store and other places . It rides smoothly even with a very windy day.
These bikes are awesome. Easy to put together and they are easy to understand and has a great structure, and rides nice also. Would definitely buy again and totally recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect but was hopefull this would work well with our Ebikes. I am 100% pleased with this rack! It is solidly constructed and easy to load our bikes on. With the allen screw properly tightened I can't hear any rattling in our Jeep Cherokee. After getting the mounts properly adjusted the bikes seem very solidy held in place.The read bonus with this rack is how it folds compactly for storage and has built in wheels and handles to move it arround when it's off the vehicle. Even 60 something me finds it easy to mount, remove, and store.

Everything fit together well, just like it was supposed to, except for the rack that goes on the back. The 2 small screws near the hub that hold the rack, were stuck in place, from the paint. It took extra expertise to loosen the bolts and install the rack. Everything else works just like it's supposed to.And the bike runs fine. In fact, on a downhill run at full speed, the bike may reach 36 or 37 miles per hour. There were no operating instructions included in the package. But youtube videos were very helpful.
I had an issue with the bike not working and after some troubleshooting, they were able to provide me with a return shipping label and a refund.

Very nice E-Bike. Shipping price is too expensive, but the bike itself is great. I get lots of compliments and people wanting to buy it when I ride it.
I purchased this bike in February 2026 and have put 800 miles on it as of July 2026. I have had several difficulties with it. The battery failed early and the chain came off the front sproket frequently. Discussing these issues with customer support they were resolved satisfactorily.

Great bike rides pretty smooth holds a charge for a long time but the only thing that I think they could have made easier in designing this bike was where the battery went it's very difficult to release from its base maybe because of its weight and you can only grab the battery in certain places which makes it kind of difficult for somebody to remove

Received the bike in great condition, nicely boxed. Easy to assemble with provided tools. If you have your own rackets, even better. Easy to program, easy to ride and fast. Great looking bike with a good price point.
This e-bike is awesome for the price point. From a performance standpoint the e-bike is great I got it up to 36mph on all electric mode on a flat road (but it really depends on if the battery is fully charged and also how much the rider weighs to get top speed on a flat surface). My 220lb family member got it up to 32mph in the same flat road but after my top speed ride. Front suspension is nice, I’d love a front & rear suspension on a newer model like my old FSR mountain bike. I’m planning on swapping out the tires but I realize most e-bikes come with cheap rubbers. Battery cable has a light on it -red for charging/green for go! Digital display is nice and shows the battery capacity as well (5 bars for full). I like that 2 sets of keys are provided to lock and unlock both the bike and battery. Very very easy to assemble. Range on all electric was as advertised. I haven’t confirmed the range yet in the pedal assist mode since I fly low and don’t drive fast. Time will tell how this ebike holds up long term, but as of now I’m really impressed with this e-bike.

À la réception, constat navrant : ces soi-disant « cadeaux offerts » ne sont que les composants de série basiques et indispensables livrés dans la boîte d'origine du fabricant (comme indiqué clairement dans le manuel d'utilisation "What's in the box").
Le vendeur gonfle artificiellement la valeur de son offre avec de faux bonus de base. Contacté par e-mail, le service client esquive la question et refuse tout geste commercial.

Estou muito satisfeito com a HEADEER BK20. A bicicleta tem uma excelente relação qualidade/preço, uma bateria de grande capacidade e potência suficiente para enfrentar subidas com facilidade. A condução é confortável, a suspensão ajuda bastante nas irregularidades da estrada e a bicicleta transmite uma boa sensação de robustez.
O apoio da HEADEER também foi positivo, respondendo às minhas dúvidas e confirmando a futura disponibilidade de peças de substituição.
Depois da minha experiência, posso recomendar esta bicicleta a quem procura uma e-bike confortável, potente e fiável para utilização diária ou lazer. Voltaria a comprá-la sem hesitar.
I had a different more expensive one but when I saw this one that my friend had I had to get the same one and I am so glad that I did. it is much easier to use and everything feels more secure.
Definitely worth the money. I would recommend the bike rake to anyone.

Made in USA. Solid heavy duty good quality body and stable hitch connection. Ramp design needs work. The single little holding tab allows lateral movement not in line with track on body. No place to store ramp. V shape profile would keep tire in ramp channel more securely. No deep pocket to hold tire from rolling to side of vehicle. Adjustable solid metal top arm could be added to hold down better and keep bike completely vertical. Bottom of rack scrapes on moderately steep inclines; a few inches higher would prevent this. Locks and keys are poor quality.
