Return and Refund Policy


This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases of Headeer® electric bikes and accessories on https://headeerpro.com/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns


Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unassembled, in original condition with all original packaging, boxes, manuals, parts and accessories intact;
  • No artificial damage, scratches, water damage or self-modification;
  • Clear order number, purchase record and proof of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • Assembled, used or personalized products;
  • Clearance items, discounted promotional goods;
  • Consumable accessories with obvious signs of use.

How to Request a Return


Please contact our customer support team first to submit a return request. Do not send back items without official return authorization from Headeer®. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the result of your return request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method;
  • Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider, normally 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Fee


  • If the return is caused by our error (wrong item, quality defect, shipping mistake), we will cover the return shipping cost;
  • If you return the product for personal reasons (change of mind, unnecessary purchase), you are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective & Damaged Products


For products with factory defects or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide photos or videos as evidence. We offer free replacement parts, full replacement or partial refund solutions according to the actual situation.

Partial Refund


Partial refunds may be granted for products that are not in perfect original condition, damaged or missing accessories due to customer reasons.

Order Rejection & Cancellation


Headeer® reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to abnormal transactions, suspected fraud, unreasonable bulk orders or unavailable inventory.

Policy Update


Headeer® reserves the right to update this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately after posting on the website.
