Orders placed on weekends, UK public holidays or major promotional periods will be processed on the next working day. We do not arrange shipments on official public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage & Estimated Delivery Time

Free Shipping Policy (USA, Germany, France, Spain)

We offer free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement for all orders delivered to the United States, Germany, France and Spain. Remote area surcharges may apply for individual remote postcodes.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to check real-time logistics information.

4. Force Majeure & Delivery Delay

In cases of epidemic control, port congestion, extreme weather, natural disasters, regional traffic restrictions and other force majeure events, delivery may be delayed or temporarily suspended.

Headeer® shall not be liable for losses caused by uncontrollable external factors. We will keep tracking shipments and notify you of the latest updates promptly.

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Please confirm your shipping address, postcode, recipient name and contact number carefully before payment. We are not responsible for delivery failure, package return, loss or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.

6. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged, incomplete or lost upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 48 hours and provide photos or video as valid evidence. We will resolve the after-sales issue as soon as possible.

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Free order cancellation is available before your order is processed and shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be supported.
