This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on https://headeerpro.com. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Return Rules
We provide a 15-day free trial and 30-day hassle-free return service for all electric bikes, electric scooters and related accessories.
All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days upon delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be kept in original condition, with original packaging, user manuals, parts and full accessories intact.
- No man-made damage, scratches, water damage or unauthorized self-modification.
- A valid order number and delivery proof are required for return application.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fully assembled, used or customized products
- Clearance goods and special promotional discounted items
- Consumable accessories with obvious wear and usage traces
2. Return Shipping Responsibility (Key Terms)
- Return caused by our side: If you receive defective items, wrong products or goods damaged during transit, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a free return shipping label for you.
- Return for personal reasons: If you return products due to personal preference, size issue or unnecessary purchase, the buyer shall bear all return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be credited back.
3. How to Apply for Return
- Please send a return request to our official customer service email first. Do NOT send back any items without our official return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- After approval, we will send you the designated return address.
- Send the package to the assigned address accordingly.

4. Refund Process
- We will inspect all returned items within 3 working days after receipt.
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Normally, funds will arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment service provider.
Partial Refund
Partial refund will be applied if the returned product is not in original condition, or has missing accessories/damage caused by the buyer.
5. Defective & Damaged Goods on Arrival
If you receive factory-defective or damaged products, please contact us via the official email within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos or videos as evidence. We will offer solutions including free replacement parts, full product replacement or partial refund based on actual situations.
6. Order Cancellation & Rejection
Headeer reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of abnormal transactions, suspected fraud, unreasonable bulk orders or out-of-stock inventory.
7. Warranty Statement
All Headeer electric bikes and electric scooters come with a 2-year global official warranty. For after-sales maintenance and warranty support, please contact us via headeer.official@gmail.com.
8. Policy Update
Headeer reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy without prior notice. All revisions take effect immediately after being posted on this website.
