I love the bike and everything but its not made to transport 2 people at once. I got it and i have been riding it since every day, the assembly was the worst part since i was installing back pegs and i had a missing long screw from the kickstand side and now I have to tighten the part every day since it comes loose. It sqeaks a bit but it is fixable. And if buyers are reading this make sure to check every screw before riding for the best longevity. The tires are awesome since i drove an e scooter and i had a flat tire basically every 3-4 weeks. I love it but it has some minor problems that are my fault. Only the screw was missing but it can be bought. The bike came fully charged and i was trilled to ride it. On private roads it can go 50kmh without any problems. The battery is awesome but i go long distances so i still have battery anxiety as I was always like that. I cant tell the real range by going 50kmh because i got it recently, but it goes 40km in a single charge no problem. I would warmly reccomend this bike as it is a great competitor to other ones. It is pretty stable and I have a great time riding it. It feels great.
the seat is to lower i hed to rise it 8 cm to adjast i to my need the rest i am surprised i am 77 and i am going around the town every sacond day about 20 km
The ebike rack is awesome. Very sturdy and east to put on and take off the back of the car. The customer service at Iron Deer is excellent and very helpful as I had the bike rack for a few months (all winter!) before putting on the car. They honored their warranty for 18 months from date of purchase. The card in the box said you had to register the bike rack within a month. The ramp was not included in the box and they sent me one in a timely manner, within a week. I highly recommend this product and company.
This is genuinely incredible! It’s difficult to prioritize the features that have exceeded my expectations … it could be how easy the ramps make loading bikes, or how clever the strap system is when securing and releasing the bikes, or the locking mechanism to help prevent theft, or how lightweight it is, or finally the smart addition of wheels to roll it away when you store it.We just traveled 2,890 miles on our first use of this carrier. It’s very stable and robust. You’ll see in my photos that I added two tie down straps, in part to help increase stability, but also to prevent our seats from being stolen. I also added a bungee cord to keep the pedals from moving in-use.I expect to update this review with more miles, but this carrier has far exceeded my expectations and I recommend it without hesitation.
Great rack, solid and well built. It came already assembled and just had to hook up to my hitch. I was a little nervous buying any rack because of so many negative reviews on different manufacturers but this one was perfect and works just as described.
Awesome electric bike very sturdy comes with padales to manually padel if battery goes dead even had speed change option so its not one speed paddling. Came well packaged and has great instructions online when you click on qrcode. Test rode bike and rides we'll comfortable with extended seat you can have 2 passengers sitting comfortably. Has good speed didn't had opportunity to top out but was able to hit 35kmh/21mph. Comes with good brakes, rear taillight has turn signal. The front light to me felt weak not enough light output personally I would improve output (im very picky when comes to headlights). So far very pleased with this bike has fat tires which is nice for comfortable ride on rough trails. Handle bars are comfortable and can be adjusted, I like that has nice fenders so can keep water/mud away from flying into you, on first test drive rode in water puddles after rain and had no issues with been splashed. Can't confirm on life of battery yet as weather been cold so haven't rode long enough to see how long lasts.
Waaay better than I thought it would be, easy to put together (not much to do) also more on the bigger side, if it wasn’t raining, I’d be on the bike right now! Well worth the purchase.

As a new electric motorcycle rider, I found the BK20 very easy to learn. The dual disc brakes provide reliable stopping power, and the LED headlights are bright for night riding. Only minor issue: the seat could be more padded for long rides.

Best bike rack I have ever had. Hold our e-bikes Great and they don’t move at all
Made in USA. Solid heavy duty good quality body and stable hitch connection. Ramp design needs work. The single little holding tab allows lateral movement not in line with track on body. No place to store ramp. V shape profile would keep tire in ramp channel more securely. No deep pocket to hold tire from rolling to side of vehicle. Adjustable solid metal top arm could be added to hold down better and keep bike completely vertical. Bottom of rack scrapes on moderately steep inclines; a few inches higher would prevent this. Locks and keys are poor quality.

SO EASY TO USE. THE RAMP WORKS GREAT TO GET THE BIKES ON AND OFF. BIKES HELD SECURELY IN PLACE. LOCK THE HITCH, LOCK THE BIKE WONDERFUL PRODUCT. LOVE HOW IT FOLD UP AND YOU WHEEL IT AWAY.
I have used it a few times. One trip was 1200 miles. It worked great and the bikes remained very secure. The only thing I would change is making the platform the bikes sit on a little larger. My husband's bike is a L/XL and it barely fits. If we are not careful while securing the bike it falls off.
