This Shipping Policy applies to all physical electric bike and accessory orders purchased from the official Headeer® website (https://headeerpro.com/). By placing an order on our website, you agree to all shipping terms, processing rules, delivery arrangements, and freight regulations stated below.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed paid orders will be processed, inspected, and packaged within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends, UK public holidays, or promotional peak seasons will be processed on the next working business day. No shipments are dispatched on official holidays.

2. Shipping Method & Transit Time

We provide standard ground shipping for all Headeer® electric bikes and supporting accessories, covering most mainstream regions of the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (for accessible UK mainstream areas).
Delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed, which may be affected by logistics scheduling, bad weather, and remote area traffic restrictions.

4. Pandemic & Force Majeure Delay Clause

Under special circumstances including but not limited to epidemic prevention and control adjustments, regional traffic restrictions, port congestion, extreme weather, natural disasters, and other force majeure events, logistics transportation and delivery schedulesmay be delayed or temporarily suspended. Headeer® will not be held responsible for any delays caused by uncontrollable external factors. We will actively track shipment updates and notify customers of the latest logistics progress in a timely manner.

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers shall ensure that the shipping address, postcode, contact number, and recipient information are accurate and complete before payment. Headeer® is not liable for delivery failure, package return, loss, or extra fees caused by incorrect or missing address information provided by customers.

6. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package arrives with severe damage, item shortage, or logistics loss, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours after delivery and provide valid photos or video evidence for verification and after-sales resolution.

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers can apply for free order cancellation before the order is processed and shipped. Once the shipment is dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be available.

8. Policy Update Right

Headeer® reserves the right to update, modify or adjust this shipping policy without prior notice to adapt to business and logistics changes. The latest policy shall prevail after being posted on the official website.
