I wasn't sure what to expect but was hopefull this would work well with our Ebikes. I am 100% pleased with this rack! It is solidly constructed and easy to load our bikes on. With the allen screw properly tightened I can't hear any rattling in our Jeep Cherokee. After getting the mounts properly adjusted the bikes seem very solidy held in place.The read bonus with this rack is how it folds compactly for storage and has built in wheels and handles to move it arround when it's off the vehicle. Even 60 something me finds it easy to mount, remove, and store.

Estou muito satisfeito com a HEADEER BK20. A bicicleta tem uma excelente relação qualidade/preço, uma bateria de grande capacidade e potência suficiente para enfrentar subidas com facilidade. A condução é confortável, a suspensão ajuda bastante nas irregularidades da estrada e a bicicleta transmite uma boa sensação de robustez.
O apoio da HEADEER também foi positivo, respondendo às minhas dúvidas e confirmando a futura disponibilidade de peças de substituição.
Depois da minha experiência, posso recomendar esta bicicleta a quem procura uma e-bike confortável, potente e fiável para utilização diária ou lazer. Voltaria a comprá-la sem hesitar.
I had a different more expensive one but when I saw this one that my friend had I had to get the same one and I am so glad that I did. it is much easier to use and everything feels more secure.
Definitely worth the money. I would recommend the bike rake to anyone.

Made in USA. Solid heavy duty good quality body and stable hitch connection. Ramp design needs work. The single little holding tab allows lateral movement not in line with track on body. No place to store ramp. V shape profile would keep tire in ramp channel more securely. No deep pocket to hold tire from rolling to side of vehicle. Adjustable solid metal top arm could be added to hold down better and keep bike completely vertical. Bottom of rack scrapes on moderately steep inclines; a few inches higher would prevent this. Locks and keys are poor quality.
Nice bike rack. Very easy to move around, install to hitch receiver and setup.I added tail lights and bike wheel stops on the bike rack channels. This stabilized the bikes from moving while traveling. This rack should have wheel stops designed and included, it would complete an already very good design.
I have used it a few times. One trip was 1200 miles. It worked great and the bikes remained very secure. The only thing I would change is making the platform the bikes sit on a little larger. My husband's bike is a L/XL and it barely fits. If we are not careful while securing the bike it falls off.
This seems to be a very sturdy rack. The hitch “ lock” is a bit light weight but could be somewhat cumbersome to steal. Carries 2 heavier e bikes with no wobble and it’s easy to secure them. Rack is very easy to get on/off my Jeep Grand Cherokee and folds for easy storage. This rack is just what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
I bought this e-bike rack to mount my Lectric XP4 to a class B Ram ProMaster RV. I also bought a Kuat Pivot 2 swing away rack which this is attached to. I wasn't sure that the two would be compatible, but as I was watching Iron Deer review videos on YT I saw one and the vehicle also had a Kuat rack. This rack is very easy to assemble, in fact there's no assembly at all. I also love that it has wheels! It's super easy to wheel from place to place. I did see in several videos that it had a lock at the point of contact on the hitch but I did not know it also has a locking mechanism around the center post that prevents the release lever from being deployed to unlatch the bike. I would still run a security cable but these included locks are very nice touches. It was a bit finicky getting the tightness and alignment on that center post, but that was mainly due to it being my first time with a setup like this. I took my whole setup on a 6 hour drive from Chicago to Mammoth Cave, KY and I stopped a lot when I first left because I was worried. But after maybe the 4th time checking on bike at a rest stop I was so happy that my very heavy bike was ROCK SOLID on rack. Oh! I forgot the best part! The little ramp. A ramp was my 1st criteria when I was searching for bike racks. My bike is a heavy girl but I can push it up the ramp even without the bike's "walk" mode being on. I prefer to travel w the battery removed for safety, but the ramp angle means I can still push it up with no problems. Obligatory *I am a small female* description here. The rack also comes with extra straps and an extra long center post thing for a second bike. The tilt feature is also very cool and it is easy to tilt a heavy bike. I don't personally use the tilt feature because I also bought a pivot Kuat hitch. But the price to quality ratio for this rack can't be beat IMHO.
SO EASY TO USE. THE RAMP WORKS GREAT TO GET THE BIKES ON AND OFF. BIKES HELD SECURELY IN PLACE. LOCK THE HITCH, LOCK THE BIKE WONDERFUL PRODUCT. LOVE HOW IT FOLD UP AND YOU WHEEL IT AWAY.
This is a very nice carrier. However I had to return it because it was too small for my ebikes. The description said up to 50" wheelbase. Mine are 49" and were over the edge.The ramp makes it easy to load.
The ebike rack is awesome. Very sturdy and east to put on and take off the back of the car. The customer service at Iron Deer is excellent and very helpful as I had the bike rack for a few months (all winter!) before putting on the car. They honored their warranty for 18 months from date of purchase. The card in the box said you had to register the bike rack within a month. The ramp was not included in the box and they sent me one in a timely manner, within a week. I highly recommend this product and company.

Awesome electric bike very sturdy comes with padales to manually padel if battery goes dead even had speed change option so its not one speed paddling. Came well packaged and has great instructions online when you click on qrcode. Test rode bike and rides we'll comfortable with extended seat you can have 2 passengers sitting comfortably. Has good speed didn't had opportunity to top out but was able to hit 35kmh/21mph. Comes with good brakes, rear taillight has turn signal. The front light to me felt weak not enough light output personally I would improve output (im very picky when comes to headlights). So far very pleased with this bike has fat tires which is nice for comfortable ride on rough trails. Handle bars are comfortable and can be adjusted, I like that has nice fenders so can keep water/mud away from flying into you, on first test drive rode in water puddles after rain and had no issues with been splashed. Can't confirm on life of battery yet as weather been cold so haven't rode long enough to see how long lasts.
Waaay better than I thought it would be, easy to put together (not much to do) also more on the bigger side, if it wasn’t raining, I’d be on the bike right now! Well worth the purchase.
